Shipping Claim

Customers must review shipment at time of receipt and inspect for Damage/ missing products. Failure to inspect and document this on the proof of delivery, indicates that you have accepted your shipment as complete and Damage free. Flint and walling use blue shrink wrap on all freight shipments. If the product arrives in any other color of wrapping, inspect the shipment for damage or missing product prior to signing for delivery. In order to received credit for freight claims/damage all discrepancies need to be noted on proof of delivery and submitted to flint and walling within 5 days of receipt.
