Flint & Walling is pleased to announce the expansion of their turbine pump line. This expansion covers 5, 6, 7 & 8 inch pumps, with capabilities of 50 – 1000 GPM. Pump ends are offered in either standard glass-lined cast or ductile iron construction for your deep well requirements.

Product features include cast iron discharge adapters, stainless steel or chrome plated pump shafts that are turned, ground & polished, cast iron intermediate bowls with baked-on porcelain lining, and balanced bronze or 304 stainless impellers in both semi-open or enclosed design.

In addition to standard cataloged items, F&W now offers turbine pumps custom-sized to each application.
For custom-sized pumps, the following information is required:

• Application description
• Casing size
• Pump setting depth
• Depth to water (static water level)
• Discharge pipe size
• TDH (Total Dynamic Head)
• Above ground pipe length and size
• Vertical rise
• GPM and PSI required.
• Any other special requirements, restrictions or limitations

Once a pump has been sized and a PO received, F&W will custom build and ship your submersible turbine pump within 1-2 business days, and usually within 24 hours.
